It was brought to our attention that the last inspection you show is 12/23/2013 and that we had failed in that the transfer switch was not wired correctly, nor did the generator start. Our General Foreman recalls walking an inspector around to show him the corrections but obviously did not get the proper paperwork signed off. We request that the permit be re -opened and a duplicate copy of the permit be issued. As soon as we receive notification, we will call for a "final" inspection.
