CALL TO ORDER
At 7:40 a.m. Carol Atwood called the meeting to order in Conference Room A, Cupertino
City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue.

Cupertino Appreciation Night - San Jose Giants
Carol Atwood distributed a proposed contact list for ticket requests.
B.
Corporate Contacts
Don Brown reported that he received a call from Hewlett Packard regarding the
City's Internet Sales Tax Incentive. He stated that the information was sent out he
will follow up with them.
Carol Atwood reported that she meet with the Macy's manager. She stated that
the first quarter sales were very good and that the men's and children's
departments continue to do well. She reported that Macy's is planning changes
for the women's department in an effort to increase sales.

MISCELLANEOUS COMNUTTEE UPDATES
It was reported that Symantec has leased floors to Calico Commerce, a leading
eCommerce software and professional service provider.
