Regular Meeting
July 27, 2000

CALL TO ORDER
At 10:55 a.m., Carol Atwood called the meeting to order in Conference Room A,
Cupertino City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue.

ROLL CALL
Present at the meeting were Carol Atwood, Tom Hall, Richard Lowenthal, Dorothy
Steenfott, Emily Wagner
Absent: Jennifer Chang, Sandra James
3.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Tom Hall moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of May 19, 2000.
Richard Lowenthal seconded and motion carried unanimously with Jennifer Chang and
Sandra James absent.
4.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
New Auditors
Carol Atwood introduced Cory Biggs, Maze & Associates. Cory described his
firm's philosophy regarding financial auditing. He stated that they are specialized
on government audits only and that the emphasis of the audit is on cash and
investments.
B.
Investment Report
Carol Atwood reviewed the report with the committee.
C.
Other
The next meeting will be held on October 25 at 2:00 p.m.
