TERMS The services and/or materials furnished under this Agreement shall commence on a date mutually agreed upon
and shall be OCKDPIEterkintiCICOC_nerformed after City Hall working hours — evenings and weekends.
COMPENSATION For the full performance of this Agreement,CITY shall pay CONTRACTOR:
Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-five dollars ($4,995.00)
GENERAL.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hold Harmless. Contractor agrees to save and hold harmless the City, its officers,agents and employees from any and
all damage and liability of every nature, including all costs of defending any claim,caused by or arising out of the per-
formance of this agreement.City shall not be liable for acts of Contractor in performing services described herein.
Insurance. Should the City require evidence of insurability Contractor shall file with City a Certificate of Insurance
before commencing any services under this agreement.Said Certificate shall be subject to the approval of City's •
Director of Administrative Services.
Non-Discrimination. No discrimination shall be made in the employment of persons under this agreement because of
the race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion or sex of such person.
Interest of Contractor. It is understood and agreed that this agreement is not a contract of employment in the sense
that the relation of master and servant exists between City and undersigned.At all times Contractor shall be deemed to
be an independent contractor and Contractor is not authorized to bind the City to any contracts or other obligations in
executing this agreement.Contractor certifies that no one who has or will have any financial interest under this
agreement is an officer or employee of City.
Changes. This agreement shall not be assigned or transferred without the written consent of the City.No changes or
variations of any kind are authorized without the written consent of the City..

Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your remodeling
project.
NATIONAL BANKERS CONSTRUCTION, INC. is pleased to submit the
following bid:
Area-room 101, city clerk' s office;
1. Remove vault door, transport to corp. yard.
2. Place new see-thru pocket at vault location.
3. Place holes through concrete and supply duct ITo existing
air approx. four feet: from wall.
4. Finish vault room with white accoustical tiles.
5. Demo approx. 18 lineal feet of exist. wall at city dent' s
office.
6. Peel off existing cover on rear wall to expose concrete-
approx. 7 feet.
7. .Place new vynil grass cloth on walls to match city hall
interior as close as possible.
* 8.-T-te`off and include exist. electrical to overhead lighting
system in city clerk' s office.
Area-personnel office, room 100;
1. Demo wall and place 2, 3-0 x 6-8 doors to match line up
of existing.
2. Trim and finish walls both sides at mew door with vynil
grass cloth.
3. Remove cabinet ( 6-0 x 3-0) at kitchen room area.
4. Frame in new wall adjacent to removed cabinet approx.
10 feet.
5. Place new pocket door secured with no see thru at end
of wall.
* 6.Recover walls in kitchen room.
* 7. Provide electrical for switch lighting to newly created
room.
* Includes electrical others did not bid.

Replace all rooms to like original decorum.
This bid is based on walk through with Merton Yahn,
building maintenance dept. for the City of Cupertino,
along with explanations to both the owner of this company
(general contractor) and superintendant.
All work to take place after city' s working hours-
week-end and evenings.
Permits not included with this bid. q
We respectfully submit our bid at $ 4,835 00 (Forty-eight
hundred, and thirty-five dollars. )
