Dear Building Official:
WD Partners has been informed by Target that the proposed remodel will no longer be moving forward
and is otherwise cancelled. As applicant on file and authorized agent for Target, please accept this letter
as our formal request to cancel and withdrawal Demo Permit# B-2016-3029 and Core/Shell Permit #B-
2016-3178 pertaining to the Target remodel located at 20745 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino, CA 95014.
Speaking on behalf of everyone involved from WD Partners, we have greatly appreciated all of the
gracious and diligent assistance with leading the project up to this point and it has not gone without our
deepest gratitude, thank you very much.
