We recommended providing new framing connections,.clips, etc. as needed. Trips were made to the site in order to check'the progress of correcting the deficiencies. This observation was general in nature and was performed in selected areas considered to represent workmanship of overall construction. Our scope of services has been limited to visually observe the existing framing and to provide additional details and/or recommendations deemed necessary to correct and have the framing meets the general requirements of uniform building code. This report does not relive the contractor from his liabilities and responsibilities of conformance of construction with structural drawings, construction standards and governing construction codes. The following areas were excluded from our field investigation and therefore are not part of this report: 1.
