Dear Ms. Cindy Hsu:
This letter is to confirm that we provided inspection and testing
during the swimming pool removal and backfill operation at the
subject site. The swimming pool had been removed, cleaned up all
debris and backfill with compacted engineered fill. The fill
material was placed in lifts not exceeding 8 inches in uncompacted
thickness and compacted to a minimum of 90 per cent compaction.
The, results of field density testing performed by our firm
indicated that a minimum of 90 per cent of relative compaction was
achieved on swimming pool backfill.
