NEW BUSINESS 1. Application No(s): . 2-Z-93, 10-U-93 and 9=EA-93 Applicant: KC Associates Property Owner: San Francisco Federal Savings & Loan Location: 10340 Bubb Road REZONING of a 1.6 acre parcel from ML-rc (light industrial) to BQ or such other zoning classification as deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission or City Coundl. USE PERMIT for a church, daycare and school activities in an existing 30,000 sq. fl. building.' ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration Recommended This property will primarily be used on Saturday and Sunday. There will be classes and day care throughout the week. $ohn Baufista would like to see a b~7~rdous materials (structure and soil) site contamination study conducted. Don Brown wants evidence of a study showing no inherent risks when this item goes to Planning Commission. Colin will check on previous usage for the property in order to c~termine if previous uses used hazardous materials. Bert moved for a negative declaration with these provisions, Bob seconded. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration Recommended There will be no increase in traffic so a negativ~ declaration was recommended by Bert seconded by Don. Vote passed 5-0. 3. Application No(s): 11-U-93 and 10-EA-93 Applicant: Fit & Healthy Spa Property Owner: Pacific Acquisition Corp. Location: 21267 Stevens Creek Boulevard (The Oaks) USE PERMIT for a 7,200 sq. fl. health club in an existing shopping center. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration Recommended Michele recommends that a parking study be conducted before review by the Committee. Bert and John · · moved for continuance.
