You asked for a survey report on the above -captioned store to determine
whether a business of "Palmistry" was being conducted on these premises.
The survey was taken this morning, and I found the store is vacant.
There are signs in the window but no evidence of anyone conducting a
business at the site.
There is no rear entry to this store that would allow the rear room to
be used without using the front entry.
