SUBJECT: Fire Damages to Structure at 10852 Stevens Canyon Rd.
Owner: Stella Kester, 10850 Foothill Blvd.
The above subject structure is situated on the owner's property near the Drea Rd.
intersection and some 3610" west of 10900 Drea Rd.
The structure is very old, age cannot be determined at this point, and is
constructed of board and batten materials. The building consists of four rooms
with interior wooden separating walls.
The plumbing completes at a septic tank at the rear of the property.
The electrical power to this building was supplied by an overhead two -wire
system from the main structure. The system is an ungrounded system.
The building was completely gutted by fire and completely destroyed.
The structure has been an eyesore for many years and a subject of neighborhood
frustrations over the type of people that occupied this structure. I feel
the loss of this structure will eliminate other complications and complaints.
