SUBJECT: Enco Service Station, Homestead Road and Maxine Avenue
At the City Council meeting of August 2 the attorney for Enco Service Station
requested that the Council allow the opening of the facility prior to the
installation of landscaping. As a part of this proposal the applicant indi-
cated that a $2500 deposit would be given to the City to assure that the
landscaping would be installed after approval had been obtained from the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee and the City Council. Therefore,
the Council did adopt a motion permitting the opening of the Enco Station
subject to the applicant depositing with the City a $2500 cashier's check
or a deposit receipt in favor of the City in this amount.
The landscaping must be installed by November 30, 1971.
