May need to replace C] Noise - Not significant o Enclose loading docks o Enclose the trash areas C] School Capacity - Not significant o CUSD - No significant impacts o FUHSD - Impacts mitigated through developer fees C] Traffic - Not significant o Fehr & Peers have performed a study ACTION: Recommendation for a Mitigated Negative Declaration with the following mitigations: 1. Visual Character - Applicant will landscape between the residential area and the surrounding area and will design an architecturally interesting parking structure and east elevation. 2. Biological Resources - The applicant will replace removed trees and provide new landscaping. 3. Utilities - Applicant will work with the Sanitary District and the Water Deparhnent to determine capacities and replace lines as necessary. 4. Noise Impacts - Applicant will enclose trash areas and loading areas on the south side of the residential area.
