Cogswell College Director of Planning and Development Sisk reviewed the request with Council. Bradtord Liebman representing Bradtord Financial answered questions tram Council. Rachel C~ven, faculty wire of instructor at De Anza College, intormed Council that De Anza College does support this application. Her concern was trattic along Stelling, McClellan and Bubb. She requested that Council consider the impact of traffic caretully. Chris Brandllleir ot Cogswell College discussed the proposed student interaction with De Anza College. Rachel C~ven stated that public schools have to comply with the Field Act (earthquake satety) and asked if private schools also had to. She was intormed they do not. She said that se!"Vices are usually included in tbe rent and are not extras. California, like Florida, has many seniors because the weather is agreeable to them.
