Sparks, seconded by Counc. Plungy and pasced unanimously to go on record as opposing the San Jose recommendation for distribution of special district augmentation funds. By consensus, Council approved the idea of a committee consisting of city attorneys and the County Counsel being formed to prepare a model ordinance for regulating fireworks sales. 1. Appointments to intergovernmental boards, co~iasicns and committees. It was moved by Counc. O'Keefe, seconded by Counc. Rogers and passed unan- imously to appoint Counc. Plungy and passed unanimously to adopt Resolution No. 5278 authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Lommunity housing developers with the portion of the agreement pertaining to monetary advances amended.
