Mayor O'Keefe called the meeting to order at 9:05 a... in the Conference
Room of City Hall.
ROLL CALL
Counc. Present: Gatto, Plungy, Rogers, Sparks, KaYOT O'Keefe
Staff Present: City Clerk Cornelius
Mayor O'Keefe moved that all votes could ba used for one candidate if
wished. Tbe motion died for lack of a second.
It was moved by Counc. Gatto, seconded by Counc. Rogers and passed unan-
imously to appoint Sharon Blaine, Philip Johnson and R. D. Koenitzer to
the Planning Commission for fouT year terms expiring in April, 1984.
RECESS: 11:50 a.m.-12:05 p.m.
It was moved by Counc. Gatto, aeconded by Counc. Plungy and passed unan-
imnusly to appoint Nancy Binneweg and Raymond Rooker to the Architectural
and Site Approval Committee for fOUT year teTmB expiring in April, 1984.
RECESS: 12:55-1:03 p.m.
It was m~ved by Counc. O'Keefe, seconded by Counc. Sparks and passed una
imously to appoint Syd Jalvis and Jerrold Keating to the Public Safety
Commission for three year terms expiring in April, 1983.
It was moved by Counc. Gatto, seconded by Counc. Rogers and passed unan-
imously to appoint Raymond Epstein, Minnie Lee and Thomas Weber to the
!Iater Commission for four year terms expiring in April, 1984.
It was moved by Counc. Sparks, seconded by Counc. Rogers and passed unan-
imously to appoint Sally Schumann, Jean Gallup and Catherine Gasich to
the Library Commission for four year terms expiring in April, 1984.
At 2:15 p.m., the meeting was adjourned.
