Mayor Rogers called the aeeting to order in the Conference ROO1D of
City Hall at 6:28 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Counc. Present: Gatto, Plungy, Sparta, Mayor Rogers

It was moved by Counc. Plungy, aeconded by Counc. Sparks and passed unan
imously to adopt Resolutions 5368 (A Resolution of the City Council of
the City of Cupertino Rescinding Resolution No. 5344 and Initiating Pro-
ceedings for the Anne::t:otion of the Island Designated "Hunter Hill 80-35"
Approximately 3.06 Acres; Generally Located in the Southwest Quadrant of
Stevens Creek Boulevard and Foothill Boulevard and Northerly of Stevens
CreaK Boulevard between California Oak Way and Foothill Bouleva~d) and
5369 (A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cupertino Initia-
ting Proceedings for the Annexation of the Island Deaignated "Carolyn
Garden 80-33", Approximately 25.43 Acres; Generally Located in the Sout
west Quadrant of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Foothill l'~ulevard and
Northerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard between Califorl1J.a Oak Way and Foot
hill Boulevard).

Appointment to Architectural and Site Approval Committee - Applicants
Deborah Nobel and Roger Higdon were interviewed by Council. Council
accepted Ted Ripplinger's resignation from Architectural and Site
Approval Committee.
It was moved by Counc. Sparks, seconded by Counc. Gatto and passed unan-
imously to appoint Deborah Nobel and Roger Higdon to the Architectural
and Site Approval Committee.
