Mrs. Connie Cline, 20800 Valley Green Drive, addressed Council regarding a med:l.ation board. She suggested staff contact Los Gatos for a copy of their ordinance. Mr. Ron Granville, Woodmont Management Firm, Managers of Valley Green Apartments, informed Council that they do try to work witb tenants, but it is difficult to maintain preoent level of rent in an inflationary economy. Mr. Fred St. Claire, 20100 Rodrigues Av<:nue, stated that the County Human Relations Commission has received a 150% increase in rental complaints. Mrs. Joanne Relya, Park Avenue Apartments, ad~ressed Council regarding an eviction notice. It was moved by Counc. Plungy and second"d by Counc. Rogers to direct staff to get information regarding mediation bo~rds in ~urrounding cities. The motion was defeated with Counci1members Gatto and Sparks dissenting. 21.
