By consensus of those present, Council deferred negotiations with
the Kidpeninaula Regional Open Space Diatrict regarding their claim
for compensation until access to Sevens Cprings Ranch has been deter-
mined.
It was moved by Counc. Gatto, seconded by Counc. Plungy and passed
unanimoualy by those present to authorize the staff to contact Mr.
Maffei regarding final approval (building permit) from the City
for his carport to make it a legal non-conforming use. After said
action the City Attomey was authorized to write to the complainanc.
