Five Year Pr01ection of Revenue and Expenditures Director of Finance Snyder reviewed the Five Year Projection. It was IIOved by Counc. Gatto, seconded by Counc. PIungy and passed unan- imously to request the City Manager to report to Council regarding the cost of a consultant studying the possibility of a public safety depart- ment. It was moved by Counc. Gatto, seconded by Counc. Sparks and passed unsn- imously to direct that the projected costs for Sheriff's services be at 12% increase rate as are other expenditures. Five Year Capital Improvement Program Director of Public Works Viskovich presented the CIP to Council. It was moved by Counc. Sparks, seconded by Counc. Plungy and passed unan- imously to direct the Planning Commission to address the underlying zon- ing of school sites in Cupertino. It was moved by Counc. Plungy, seconded by Counc. Gatto anj passed unan- imously to direct that $130,000 be placed in the 1981-82 projection for long-range Civic Center building expansion.
