imously to take the following action on pending legislation:
Support AS 1361, AB 1317, SCA 33, SB 215 aDd AS 21 (roncerned re addition-
al paperwork and red tape).
Oppose AB 1638, SB 799, AB 2133, AS 1693, SB 999 and AB 780.
It vas moved by Counc. Plungv, s:>conded by Counc. Rogers snd passed U\'an-
imously that ~taff contact Senstors Beverly and O'Keefe requesting that
SB 1151 be amended to include cities under 50,000 population.
It vas IDOvp.d by Counc. Gatto, seconded by Counc. Plungy and passed unan-
imously to adopt Resolution No. 5697, "A Resolution of the City Council
of the City of Cupertino S~tting Bonded Debt Tax Rate for the Fiscal Year
1981-1982."
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Propo3ed use of revenue sharing funds and review of the 1981-82 budget.
City Manager Quinlan and Director of Finance Snyder reviewed the ~roposed
budget vith Council.
The City Manager recommended that Council review the budget and expenditur s
at a ~eet:ng in January, 1982.
By consensus. Council req~ested that this be agendized for Janusry. In-
cluded in this review viii be discussion regarding a fund for ~edical for
retirees.
