He requested that Condition No. 24 of Application 19-U-81 be eliminated.
He objected to the wording of the Planning Commigsing minute order
pertaining to off site improvements.
Dr. Brown discussed sever capacity vith Council.
Dr. Karl W. Frese, Jr. presented Council with a report pert~ining to
traffic in the l.azaneo area. He stated his opposition to the building
because of the traffic impact. He sugge~ted that Hariari Avenue
be reopened.

Hr. Burch Boone, Lincoln Property Co., stated that he felt the trip
end system has wJrked on a fair and equitable basis. He also objected
to the wording ;n the minute order as being tou vague.

assessment district formula pertaining ~o cost/benefit.
Hr. William Weil, owner of the Donut Wheel, expressed the opinion that
