FOUNDATION INSPECTION
Dear Mr. l(witowski:
Pursuant to the request of Mr. Oscar Hidalgo, we have performed foundation
inspection services during footing excavations for the new residence. The
subject site is located at 10212 Prado Vista Avenue in Cupertino, California.
A representative from our office performed foundation inspection services on
July 5 and 14, 2017. Our inspection services indicated that the foundation
trenches for the perimeter and interior footings were clean at the bottom and
free of loose material. The depth of these trenches met the minimum depth
according to the recommendations contained in our Geotechnicalffivestigation
report (File No. SVI 634 dated March 20, 2017). As a result of our inspections,
the inspected foundation trenches for the building structure are complete and
ready to receive further improvements.
