Director ot Public Works Viskovich intormed Council that
PG&E is replacing the City Hall transtol'lllers as they do
contain PCB. !bvever. there is no leak.
Council requested a test.lng or gas tanks at the City's
service center ror leaks, Should leaks occur it 1«>uld be
necessary to go to a double container.
Council received information regarding the City's traffic
interconnect. They were told that It will be labor
intensive and require continuous field testi"g,
