At 8:30 p.m., Counoil adjourned to the office for a olosed session to disouss regarding the sale or surplus City property. City Manager's negotiations At 8:40 p.m., Counoil reoonvened in th~ Lower Level Lounge, It was moved by Couno. Gatto, sscond-.d by Couna.
