SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION LETTER – R-2016-28, RM-2016-26
This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission, given at the meeting of November 14, 2017, approving a Two Story permit to allow the construction of a single family residence
with a floor area ratio of approximately 25%; and a Minor Residential Permit to allow two second story balconies on the new residence, located on Lot 1, Lindy Lane, according to Planning
Commission Resolution No.(s) 6844 and 6845.
Please be aware that if this Permit is not used within a one-year period, it shall expire on November 14, 2018.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which
will be scheduled before the City Council.
