Lateral sewers constructed outside of the public street or Cupertino Sanitary District Easement shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of, and shall be inspected by the City Building Department. 8. Existing laterals to be abandoned (or not used) shall be removed to the wye, capped and concrete collar minimum of 6" all around. 9.
