SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER – ASA-2017-07
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of February
8, 2018; approving an Architectural and Site application to allow exterior building modifications to an
existing building (Jack in the Box) and associated site improvements, located at 1451 S. De Anza
Boulevard, according to Resolution No(s). 87.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on February 8, 2020.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
Planning Commission.
