Home fires on a daily basis cause more damage and more fatalities than all other disasters combined. • In Santa Clara County we install smoke alarms in specific neighborhoods on a monthly basis in ·collaboration with local authorities and local fire departments. • Sound The Alarm is a special effort, when during three dates we will install over 1000 smoke alarms. We need as much help as possible and would love to work with volunteers from your city. 11 I Anwrin.11Rr<ICNlUPartJltffhipOpponuni1y + American ~ Redcross Sound The Alarm -The Schedule In Santa Clara County, Sound The Alarm will be implemented on three dates: • April 28 in Milpitas • May 5 in San Jose (Berryessa) • May 12 in San Jose (Edenvale) • Sign up and get more information at www.soundthealarm.org/norcalcoastal 3/6/2018 6 cc 3/6/18 #2 3/6/2018 Tihaml<You 7
