Dear Mayor Paul,
Given the questionable history of Amy Chan with various developers and in particular with Sand Hill Property, Cupertino might as well offer the interim city manager job to Peter Pau, Mike Rhodes, Sandra James or Michael Chang directly
to bypass the middleman altogether with!! What a joke!!
She is as bad or worse than Aarti Shrivastava, the known culprit in past aiding and abiding blatant violations of city codes by developers, for this appointment.
Does the City Council ever take conflict of interest and past "performance" into account in hiring? If not, we need a "For Sale" sign in front of our city hall to make it clear the place is no longer open for public service.
