Pogo’s Planned Improvements
•One-click week of rides – Set up a weekly slate of rides with assigned
drivers &
•passengers for a carpool based on each family’s inputs
•Incentivize drivers & riders – Enable credit system to help the driver
cover the expenses of driving and enable parents who feel like they
can’t “drive their share” to still participate
•Smart carpool creation – Algorithmically create “carpool clusters” and
automatically invite parents to those carpools
•Other initiatives – enhanced route matching to make more matches
for parents
Recommendation
●Continue the Pogo Pilot Project through June 30,
2019
●Evaluate after the fall semester
●Adjust outreach and marketing based on trends
