Pogo’s Planned Improvements•One-click week of rides – Set up a weekly slate of rides with assigned drivers & passengers for a carpool based on each family’s inputs•Incentivize drivers & riders – Enable credit system to help the driver cover the expenses of driving and enable parents who feel like they can’t “drive their share” to still participate•Smart carpool creation– Algorithmically create “carpool clusters” and automatically invite parents to those carpools •Other initiatives – enhanced route matching to make more matches for parents
