Architectural atd SiteApproval royal Committee has reviewed Design READ the c PP � Guidelines with the property owners, architects and developers :for the Saich property in conjunction with the provisions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1039, and WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.in order to ensure a high quality of development and cohesiveness to this section of the City, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE. RECOPN24ENDS the following Design Guidelines for the land area bounded by Alves Drive, Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, Stevens Creek Boulevard and. Bandley Avenue. 1. Building and Landscaping Setbacks a< All building setbacks on properties facing Stevens Creek Boulevard shall be a minimum depth of twenty-five (25) feet from property line and not greater than forty (40) •feet from property linen b All buildings situated on Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road shall have a minimum setback of twenty-five (25) feet from property line and a maximum setback of forty (40) feet from property,linea ca The landscaped setback required along Stevens Creek Boulevard shall be a minimum of twelve (12) feet in depth, measured from property line - d o The landscaped area along Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road shall have a minimum setback area of thirty (30) feet measured from back of curb to back of landscaped area. The type and material of - landscaping contained in this area shall conform to the plan MM prepared in conjunction with the Town 'Center/Crossroads Urban Design Project. eQ The landscaping and building setback along both Alves Drive and Bandley Avenue shall be ' a minimum. of twenty (20) feet in depth, measured from. back of curb 'to end` of planting or beginning of buildings and shall conform to the; landscaped theme prepared.in conjunction withthe aforementioned project. fo Landscaping in street setbacks next to parking lots shall contain plantings designed to screen the parked cars. 2e Interior Landscaping a.
