REPORTS
1.County FireChristie Moore introduced David Flamm County OES and reported hiring ofnew EMA staff as a result of last year’s functional exercise.
2.Volunteer Groups Report
a)Ken Ericksen submitted written report for CERT/MRC/Cares
b)Judy Halpin, EMA recognized volunteer of yearc)Training scheduled approved
NEW BUSINESS
3.After Action Report- Christie Moore met with Carol Atwood and completed
review and identified issues for next drill. Report is being modified and will be
issued to the City shortly.
4.ARKnet Pilot Deployment project-Jim Oberhofer described initial phase:dedicated WiFi between each ARK and the EOC for one ARK. Phase 2analysis started for all ARKS.
OLD BUSINESS 5.Work Program Committees- Committees met to begin discussion for each
project they will be involved in.
6.EOP Status-Christie Moore taking lead to complete and has submitted a new
draft.

7. Proposed Disaster Council Ordinance-Staff plans to take to Council March
