A. Presentation on the Service Center Master Plan and EOC Plan, Timm
Borden presented the scope and concept of the new master plan. Alex
Acenas presented the plan roll out details. Subsequent to the presentation
Timm Borden has advised the Disaster Council of the City’s action that this
project will not be recommended for inclusion in next year’s budget.
