1) The proposed planting plan is consistent with the tree preservation
requirements imposed by the Architectural and Site Approval
Committee, and is consistent with the frontage planting requirements
of the Stevens Creek Blvd. Sidewalk Plan.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits C-1 and B-2 of
Application 2 U-86 except as may be amended by conditions specified
herein.
