her observations of the actions taken by the Board of Supervisors relative
to the appeal by Mr. Nick Szabo of the categorical exemption granted to
Kaiser-Perman. ·~e for its modernizati~n progr3m. It was reported that
Mrs. Blaine had been attending this meeting as an observer at the request
of Mayor Pro Tempore Nellis following the ti~ Mrs. Nellis had to leave
the Board meeting to attend the City r~uncil meeting.

on the basis of legal advice received from its co<.tnsel and that a committe
was to be appointed to review tne traffic situation with a report to be
