The following are responses to plan reviews comments by the
Building Department dated 3/12/2010 . All changes made are
`clouded' and noted delta no. 1 on drawings .
PLANNING DEPARTMENT
1 . Labels of North and South Elevations are corrected on
Sheet Al .
2 . Front entry doors on south elevation are revised to be
located towards center of storefront .
3 . List of exterior and site work is added to Site Plan
on Sheet Al .
4 . On Sheet Al Existing South Elevation, roof deck line
beyond is shown demonstrating rooftop equipment being
screened from public view.
5 . Notes for separate exterior sign permit is added to Al .
6 . Note for existing signage to be removed is added to Al .
7 . Existing East and West Elevations with no change are
added to Al .
8 . Note for Cupertino business license requirement is

side of parking lot . Existing accessible parking space
on the east side shall be re-striped for van
accessible parking.

another vehicle to reach the entrance .
