FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed exterior colors and materials are consistent with the
Monta Vista Design Guidelines.
2. The landscape plan is consistent with the Monta Vista Design
Guidelines.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Sheet Ll dated August 3, 1969 and
exterior colors exhibit dated August 28, 1989 of Application ASAC
26-U-88 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) A minimum of two 48 inch box specimen trees shall be planted to
replace the specinan redwood that was removed from the site.
11) The two 24 inch box trees to be planted near the main entry and the
street trees shall be frau the recommnded species list in the Manta
Vista Design Guidelines.
12) A mixdm mi of three street trees shall be planted (on the north side
of the sidewalk).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Camnittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
