APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 131 Park Center Plaza, San Jose, Calif. 95113 PRO= IOCATION: 19930 Stevens Creek Boulevard FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The reduction of the space frame canopy projection meets the intent of Condition 25 of 31-U-88. 2. The interim landscaping plan is consistent with the intent of condition 22 of 31-U-88. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Site Plan and elevations dated 12/15/88 (two sheets) and Landscape Plan, dated March 9, 1989 of Application ASAC 31-U-88 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The trellises arra existing monument sign shall be removed from the site. 11) The landscape plan is an interim solution until such time that the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage sidewalk is installed. At the time the sidewalk is relocated a permanent landscape plan will be required, which shall be formally reviewed by ASAC. 12) Vegetation shall be planted behind and along the side of the garage to soften and screen the structure. The plantings shall not over -hang the fence or shed an inordinate amount of debris into the adjacent Villa Calabasas pool. 13. The space frame shall be reduced by one more unit around the perimeter.
