SUBJECT: DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE ACTION LETTER - Application EXC-2018-02
This letter confirms the decision of the Design Review Committee, given at the meeting of September 6,
2018; approving a Fence Exception to allow a manual driveway gate on a Planned Development (Light
Industrial) property, located at 10280 Imperial Avenue, according to Resolution No. 330.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within one year, it shall expire on September 6, 2019.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
this decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
City Council.
