The City Attorney reviewœ the County of Madera Case. It did not provide much clarifiCldion
on the state ~ issue, and part of that case is still P"""i'1g
The City Attorney reviewœ the six findiT. one ofwbicl1 must be made to deny "affordable"
housing projects.
The Community Deve10pmcut Director reviewœ the language of Cupertino's Geœral Plan,
including the Housing Element.

to the plaintiff's attorney.
