OF THE PIANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPE=O
RECM2=ING APPROVAL OF THE REZONING
SECTION 1: FINDINGS
MSo the Planning Commission of the City of Camino has received an,
application for a change of zone or prezonng,, as described on Page 2 of
this Resolution; and
Wes, the necessary public notices have been given in accordance with
the Procedural Ordinance of the City of Cupertino, and the Planning
'commission has held one or more Public Hearings on the subject
application; and
'WHEREAS, the Planning Cmaission finds that the subject change of zone or
prezone meets the following `rementso
1) Encourages the most appropriate use of land
2) Conserves and stabilizes the value of property.
3) Provides for adequate access to light and air.
4) Permits adequate control of fires.
5) Protects public health,, safety and welfare.
6) Promotes the orderly development of the City.
7) Benefice the property. and improvements in the zoning district and
neighborhood in which the property is located.
NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED,.
That after careful consideration of maps, facts,, e-xhibits, testimony and
other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for Change of
zone or prezone is hereby receded for approval; and
BE IT RWHER ]RESOLVED:
That the subconclusions upon which the figs and conditions specified
in this Resolution are based upon are contained in the Public Hearing
record concerning Application 5-Z-88 as set forth in the Minutes of the
Planning Commission. meeting of August 8, 1988 and are incorporated by
reference as though fully set forth. herein.
