1. Subject: Work Plan and Budget Discussion
Staff continued the work plan and budget discussion. Commissioners discussed the
budget and if there was any need for carryoyer money from last year for Sustainability
Student grants, S4 program, and the Sustainability Speaker Series .

Staff Updates:
• City of Cupertino has a new Interim City Manager, Amy Chan.

• Silicon Valley Clean Energy received a grant from the Bay Area Air Quality
Management District to promote heat pump water heater installations for
residents.
