Fixing Time and Place for ~~aring and Providing for ~otice
Thi!reof. It
Kayor S.arks asked for comments frOQ the audience.
Mr. ~e~Jell Martin, l0681 LaRhoda Drive, Cupertino, said he has lived
there for 15 years. When they moved there he signed an easement he
thought ~as vith the school district so the children could walk throu~\
here t~ school since there were no sidewalks at that time. There are
now side~alks and this easement is used very little by elementary s~n~ol
childre~ to get to school. The reason for the request of regoval of
the ease::ent is that it has become all'lOst unbearable, with the drinking.
drug .~è sex parties taking place there. It is not the Eaton School
childre~, òut rather old~r kids that are causing the problems.
