Councilman ~nald Fro11ch explained the prrgram in some detail and
responded to many questlon.s.
A motion was made by Coun~llDan Frollch that the City of Cupertino
support the Rapid Transit Development Project Action Plan Outline
dated October 29, 1'74 upon the condition the Commission and Board
formulate and adopt a separate actlon plan for development of a
Collector-Distributor Syste8 including a budgct for contract
studies to insure that coastruction of RTDP (includina de~nstra-
tion route) dces not preclude possible solutions to the CD needs.
