I 25. Recognition by Mayor of special requests.
I Mrs. Patti Brisco introduced a problem in tí:e Hillcrest/Creston area of
iaproved streets, street li¡hts, etc.
The ~irector of Public Works was requested to investigate this matter
and it is to be put on the June 2nd agenda under :¡cw 3u..iness.
Mr. Don Gaubatz, 10033 Hillcrest, stated that because of the street
work being done, there is one neighbor who ends up with his driveway
some 3' above the road.
Coune. Frolich asked for further clarification on the ~ossibility of
a tax rate reduction In order to keep the amount of !DOney goina to the
school the same. Counc. Meyers offered to draft a letter to all taxia¡
aaency's affect1a& Cupertino residents.
Moved by Counc. Meyers. seconded by Counc. Frolich to endorse the
propoaal for the hold in¡ of the 1917 National ~~eelchair Cames at
0.. Anza.
