system among member cities and population areas.
The weed abatement issue was deferred to the next re~ular Councl1
¡'meeting. As to Mr. Billawalla's situation, a letter was sent out on
April lst with a follow up with return requested !'lay 1st and received
Iby Mr. Billawalla on May 5th. If he disagreed he was told to come to
I the June 2nd City Council meeting. The City Manager recommended the City
absorb the administrative costs on this matter, but not the cost of the
mowing.
After further discussion, it was moved by Counc. Nellls, seconded by
Counc. Meyers, to modify the previously adopted resolution on weed
'abatement assessments by deleting the name and ~ount for Mr. Billawalla.
