STAFF REPORT~
25. Submission of suaa8ry for HR 9544 and its relationship
to existing legislation.
Since the City has not yet rcceived clarifying information, it
was moved by Counc. Sparks, seconded by Counc. Meyers to drop
the summary of HR 9544 from the agenda until such information is
received.

26. Oral reports by staff members and submission of written
reports.
The Planning Diretto1." pro~sed a procedur~ for the conduct of
hearings on the proposed Hillslde Element of the Ceneral Plan
which was accepted by the City Council.
An informational meeting regardingthe Parking Management Plan was
set for October 30, 1975, from 1 to 5 p.m. This is for infor-
.ational purposes.
The Parks and Recreatlon Commission wanted the Dircctor to call
to the attention of the Council the fact that private tennis
lessons are being given on public courts. After discussion, the
staff was requested to submit at the meeting of NovL",ber 3rd a
written report on the usage of City tcnnis =ourts by private
individuals who give lessons.
