(Continued from October 22, 1915) The City ~~nager sald the contract as prepared is acceptable to the Los Altos Garbage Company. The violation of noise control is covered in Article II, Section 2.30. There ~as ~me discussion regarding Section 2.91, which states the residential refuse shall be collected within 10 f~et of the curb or street or at such other location approved by the City Manager. Counc. Frolich pointed out the most important concern of the collectors is to not have to go through gates and into back yards Counc.
