After reviewing the application documents, Planning Division Staff has determined that your application is incomplete in accordance with the Permit Streamlining Act (California Government Code Section 6592). Please find below the remaining items that will need to be addressed prior to your application being complete. Provide a written response to each of the comments as part of the resubmission. General Comments: 1. Full Landscape Submittal: A Full Landscape Documentation Package is required based on the proposed square footage of new landscaping. Please submit the Water Budget Calculations (Appendix B) and grading design plans per CMC Chapter 14.15.050. Site Plan (Sheet A21 2. Backyard Tree: The site plan calls for a new tree near the pool equipment that is not reflected on the landscape plans.
